What we collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, password) and information generated through your use of the service (projects, intake questions, client responses, AI-generated brief packs). We also collect usage analytics through PostHog and error data through Sentry to improve reliability.

How we use your data

Your data is used to provide and improve the Clariva service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Client intake responses are processed by OpenAI's API to generate brief packs and coverage analysis — these are processed under OpenAI's API data usage policy (which does not use API inputs for training).

Data storage

All data is stored in Supabase (EU region). Uploaded files are stored temporarily during AI processing and are not permanently stored on third-party servers. Exports are stored in Supabase Storage with signed URL access.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary session cookies for authentication (Supabase Auth) and optional analytics cookies (PostHog). No advertising cookies are used.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@clariva.io. Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data.

Third-party services

Clariva uses the following third-party services: Supabase (database & auth), OpenAI (AI processing), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), PostHog (analytics), and Sentry (error monitoring). Each service is governed by its own privacy policy.
