Use of the service

You may use Clariva only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. No refunds are provided for partial months except where required by law.

AI-generated content

Clariva uses AI to generate brief packs, risk flags, and questionnaires. AI output is provided as a starting point for professional judgment, not a substitute for it. Clariva makes no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.
